On the 28th of October 2023, the GS Judo Club had every reason to celebrate. It was a day of outstanding achievements and remarkable victories for our talented Jodokas who showcased their skills and determination in various events across Dublin.

Adrian O'Reilly proved his mettle by winning not one but two bronze medals at the prestigious Irish Masters. He dominated in the u81kg veteran and open events, showcasing his mastery of Judo techniques.
Stephen Moloney Emerges Victorious with Gold in the u81kg Masters
Another standout performance was delivered by Stephen Moloney, who secured the gold medal in the u81kg masters category. His display of skill and finesse was truly remarkable.

Our exceptional Jodoka, Shane Healy, truly shone as he clinched the gold medal at the DCU Jujitsu Open. His dedication and hard work paid off, and we couldn't be prouder.

Adrian O'Reilly Gains 20 Points Towards His First Dan
Not only did Adrian O'Reilly win bronze, but he also took a significant step forward in his Judo journey by earning 20 points towards achieving his first dan. A well-deserved recognition of his dedication and passion for the sport.

Sumit Parmar showcased his expertise as he refereed at his first National event. His commitment to the sport extends beyond the mat, and we appreciate his contributions to the Judo community.
